How often should I take Terraseed?

Terraseed Multivitamin is designed to be taken every day. Since the body does not store all essential vitamins for long periods of time, our multi should be consumed regularly in the diet.  Take two capsules daily, preferably with meals and with water.

How long will it take for me to start seeing results?

After just 24 hours, you might start to notice the effects of the B12 vitamin and some of the other highly-soluble ingredients in Terraseed like vitamin C. You may experience a boost in your energy, better sleep and more focus.
